This is the logic board for the iMac G4 20" USB 2.0 (late 2003) model only. This logic board consists of a single core 1.25GHz PowerPC 7455 processor. There may be multiple variants pf this board so please ensure you are replacing one that has the 16 pin power connector from the power supply board. Battery not included.

This is a highly static-sensitive device and replacement should not be attempted without suitable experience and anti-static precautions.
Removing the logic board means breaking the thermal seal between the processor chip and the heat sink. Existing thermal paste must be removed and fresh paste applied when the new board is fitted to ensure the machine does not overheat. Thermal paste is available from the Tools section.
