Fully tested, original Apple Macintosh II 12" NuBus video card providing 640 x 480pixel in 4-bit (16) colour as standard but can be upgraded to 8-bit colour by adding 8 x 120ns RAM chips. This is an unaccelerated video card and only supports 640x480 pixel output. As such it cannot drive the Apple 12" display. It is not compatible with the Centris/Quadra 660AV or Quadra 840AV but can be used in any other Mac with NuBus slots.
There is another version of this card with the same part numbers that was pre-populated with this additional RAM and all RAM chips were soldered in place.
